Right next to Bierset Airport, an impressive logistics site has been developed. With a total surface area of no less than 200,000 m² of storage space, this project places the highest demands on floor infrastructure. To complete this gigantic area, Cantillana and Vastmans Frank Betonvloeren joined forces.
The Challenge
In storage facilities of this scale, the floor is quite literally the foundation of operations. Daily intensive transport and heavy loads require a floor that is not only level, but also resistant to extreme mechanical wear.

To elevate the high-quality concrete floors of Vastmans Frank Betonvloeren to an even higher level, Cantillana supplied Polyquartz. This high-performance wear layer is incorporated directly into the top layer of fresh concrete, resulting in an extremely hard and durable surface.
