Architecture firm DDS+ opted for white façades that, alongside the surrounding greenery, create a sense of calm.
Construction company BPC, responsible for the structural works, used Vandersanden’s white-dark grey nuanced facing brick “Lima” together with Cantillana’s matching thin-bed mortar Mur 12 DBM extra white – 002. This is a ready-to-use M10 masonry mortar with a 0/2 granulometry, suitable for normal to highly absorbent bricks and applicable for thin masonry joints with joint widths from 4 to 8 mm. This masonry mortar is available in bags and in silo, and comes in 28 standard colours, while custom-made colours are also possible.
